A commission is a small partnership, a way to create something personal, painted with care and stillness.
Each piece is hand-painted in oils on prepared panel, often finished with genuine 23.5ct gold leaf, using the same traditional methods as my studio works.

I currently offer two types of commissions:

Miniature Paintings — £120

Pet Eye Miniatures — £175

How It Works

Choose Your Commission Type
Select the commission you’d like and complete the free checkout. You’ll automatically receive a PDF guide with details about the process, including how to send your reference images and any personal notes.

Personal Contact
Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out to confirm the details, answer questions, and provide an estimated lead time. Typical completion is 2–4 weeks.

Deposit
When we agree on the final plan, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to begin your painting.

Painting & Approval
I’ll paint your commission in oil on panel, adding genuine 23.5ct gold leaf if applicable. Before shipping, I’ll send photos of the completed piece for your approval.

Final Payment & Delivery
When you’re happy, the remaining balance and postage will be due. Your artwork will then be packaged securely, fully insured, and sent via tracked delivery — available both within the UK and internationally.

How long does a commission take?

Usually between2–4 weeks, depending on my current studio schedule. I’ll confirm your timeframe once details are agreed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All commissioned works are carefully packaged, insured, and sent via tracked international delivery.

What materials do you use?

All works are painted in oil on prepared panel, with 23.5ct gold leaf when appropriate. Each piece is signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Can I see the work before it’s shipped?

Yes. You’ll receive final photographs and video for approval before completing payment.

Can I give a commission as a gift?

You can only give some a commission of a miniature at this time. Click here to do so.

How do I pay?

All payments are processed securely through my website. A 50% deposit is due once details are confirmed; the remaining balance is paid upon completion, before shipping.
